I actually listen to Rush and it didn't sound like something he would put up, unless it were totally tongue in cheek. Check out the web site that sponsored the billboard, some interesting stuff there.
I do understand that this is a local campaign, and that these will only appear in South Carolina. Still, the message it projects is incredible, especially with all the "messianic" rhetoric used to smear Obama. I would've thought any Republican entity would have caught that.
